Job Title: Weekday CDL Driver-Heavy Haul

Location: Stephenville Texas

Job Schedule: Full-Time Monday - Friday 6am-4pm (or until job is completed) (hours may vary based on customers job)

Pay: Starting $22 Per Hour

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Heavy Haul Driver to transport oversized and overweight loads, including heavy equipment and machinery, to various job sites. The ideal candidate will have experience with specialized trailers (such as lowboys, RGNs, and multi-axle configurations), knowledge of DOT regulations, and a commitment to safe and efficient driving.

Duties: (but not limited to)

• Safely operate heavy haul trucks and specialized trailers to transport large equipment and materials.
• Plan and execute load securement using chains, binders, and other industry-standard methods.
• Read and understand oversize load permits, route maps, and escort requirements.
• Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections in accordance with DOT standards.
• Communicate with dispatchers, customers, and escort vehicles as needed.
• Maintain accurate driving logs and transport documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local transportation laws and regulations.
• Assist with loading and unloading when required.
• Perform basic maintenance checks and report mechanical issues promptly.

Requirements: (but not limited to)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid Texas commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record
• Maintain a clean and safe truck inside and out
• Must pass a DOT physical exam to confirm fitness for driving
• Follow company policies and safety protocols
• Be courteous on the road and at delivery location
