Join Our Analytics Hub Our growing Analytics Hub collaborates with consulting teams to deliver insights, streamline analysis, and provide intelligence to healthcare clients. Using Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Power BI, we aim to enhance our infrastructure and implement new features. Our engagements focus on strategic areas such as value-based care, hospital-physician alignment, financial performance, clinical program enhancement, mergers, and digital health expansion. Your Opportunity as a Data Analyst or Senior Data Analyst You will support client delivery and business development by managing large data sets, developing scalable models, and supporting data visualization. You will also collaborate with internal teams and vendors on data management and IT solutions, with opportunities for learning and growth. Your Responsibilities May Include Gathering and synthesizing data from various sources Preparing analyses related to hospital databases and provider claims data Building financial and operational models to forecast trends and develop scenarios Enhancing existing models using SQL, Python, or R Performing complex data analyses, cleaning, and interpretation Building relational databases and communicating insights Configuring reports and visuals in Power BI Researching and implementing Power BI solutions Partnering with consulting units to gather data requirements Developing data exchange interfaces Creating support documentation and developing new methodologies Contributing to internal education and analytics strategy Supporting data analytics capabilities at ECG Our Expectations of You Strong knowledge and passion for healthcare Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, health administration, business) 5+ years of healthcare data analytics experience for senior analysts; 1-3 years for analysts Experience with SQL, Power BI; Python, R, Fabric, Tableau a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to manipulate large data sets Strong communication and organizational skills Job Locations Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Minneapolis, San Diego, St. Louis, Washington DC. Hybrid schedule with at least two days in-office.
