Global Creative Director – Luxury Travel Brands Denver-based | Global Responsibility

Baillie Lodges and Tierra Hotels are redefining luxury experiential travel across the globe—and we’re searching for a visionary Global Creative Director to lead our brand expression.

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this role will shape the creative future of our portfolio, safeguarding and evolving the brands’ aesthetic across every channel and guest touchpoint. From global campaigns and property launches to on-property experiences, you will set the standard for world-class storytelling that inspires, resonates, and drives commercial success.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and evolve brand vision, identity, and creative direction for two globally recognized luxury hospitality brands.
• Oversee creative concepts for campaigns, launches, and collateral—ensuring cohesion, beauty, and impact.
• Direct the creation of photography, video, print, and digital content that speaks to sophisticated global travelers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Guest Experience teams to bring the brand to life.
• Mentor and inspire a talented creative team while managing best-in-class creative partners worldwide.

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years’ creative leadership experience, ideally within luxury travel, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
• A strong portfolio showcasing brand storytelling, multi-channel campaigns, and visual identity development.
• Commercially minded creativity—balancing artistic vision with measurable impact (bookings, REVPOR, retail sales, brand growth).
• Natural eye for design, deep knowledge of content creation, and passion for experiential storytelling.
• Proven ability to lead teams, collaborate globally, and set new benchmarks in brand excellence.
