ResponsibilitiesBe a part of a family-owned company with over 40 years of industry experience. Enjoy working in a fast-growing environment due to facility expansion and increased customer demand. Work EnvironmentWork in a 71,000 square foot facility with a focus on the Automotive Industry, among others. Engage in a job shop environment with a fast-paced yet easy-going atmosphere. Collaborate with other welders and set up welds. The role is a 1st shift position, Monday through Friday, from 6 AM to 2:30 PM, with potential Saturday hours as needed. Dress code includes jeans, a shirt, and steel-toe boots, with uniforms provided once hired directly.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Marion, Ohio.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
