Key Responsibilities of a Fleet Mechanic:

• Perform preventative and routine maintenance on fleet vehicles, including oil changes, tire services, fluid checks, and brake inspections
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on a wide variety of vehicles
• Replace worn or faulty parts such as belts, hoses, filters, and suspension components
• Conduct safety inspections to ensure all vehicles are road-ready and compliant
• Maintain accurate service records and logs
• Keep the shop clean, safe, and organized
• Collaborate with the team to ensure vehicles are repaired and returned to service quickly and efficiently

What We’re Looking for as a Fleet Mechanic:

• Proven experience as an automotive or fleet mechanic
• Solid knowledge of diagnostics, repair procedures, and maintenance practices
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment efficiently
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to vehicle safety and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid Virginia Driver’s License required
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
