Experiential Holiday Tour Manager, US (Contract) Join to apply for the Experiential Holiday Tour Manager, US (Contract) role at Salt XC Role Overview We are hiring experiential holiday tour managers to go on tour from in November/December with the Coca-Cola Holiday Caravan, spreading joy and sharing acts of kindness with people across America. Tour managers will be on the road for the majority of their contract, traveling with a team of 4 crew members. Accountabilities will include working with venues, retailers, vendors, and acting as liaison between Salt back office team and field staff. Please note that this is a freelance/contracted 1099 role and open to all US locations. Responsibilities Crew/team management (2 crew members will be licensed drivers) Setup and teardown at all tour stops Preparing logistics for all tour stops with venue contacts Facilitating licensing and permitting where necessary Working as hybrid of manager and brand ambassador at every tour stop, engaging with consumers Experience & Skills Proven In-field / Tour management experience Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills Excellent active listening & time management skills Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others internally and externally Organized with the ability to multi-task if required Proactive attitude with a passion for team & client satisfaction High level of efficiency and accuracy Requirements Ability to travel domestically Must be able to adhere to all provincial and federal regulations pertaining to COVID-19 restrictions Must be willing to work weekends SALT’S VALUES SALT OF THE EARTH: We aspire to be good people.
