Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing medical records, cross-checking facts, verifying information authenticity, preparing chronologies, defining standards of care, assessing damages, identifying parties, interviewing and preparing experts, and organizing legal documents. A minimum of 3 years of relevant law firm experience is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Bilingual ability is preferred but not mandatory.
