This is a fast-paced, high-pressure role for someone who thrives in chaos, keeps calm under fire, and makes complex logistics look effortless.
You’ll be the force behind the scenes—driving scheduling across time zones, coordinating intense travel, managing sensitive projects, and working closely with a small, elite team (including the Chief of Staff). This is a role for someone who’s fluent in discretion, detail, and diplomacy—and who knows how to navigate both high-profile personalities and late-night pivots.
