Position: Litigation Legal Assistant

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare discovery shells
• Handle e-filings
• Draft pleadings
• Manage calendaring using CompuLaw
• Create TOAs (Table of Authorities) & TOCs (Table of Contents)
• Assist with trial preparation, including date stamping and creating binders
• Support 3-4 attorneys on various litigation cases

Experience Required:

• Extensive litigation experience in Insurance Defense, Employment, and Business/Commercial Litigation
• Proficient in state and federal filings
• Comfortable supporting multiple attorneys
• Takes ownership of their work, demonstrates pride and responsibility, and is a team player
• Dependable and responsible

Benefits Package:

• Salary: $90,000 – $110,000
• Bonus: Eligible
