Location : San Antonio, TX

Type:  Full-Time

Start Date: January 2024

Pay Rate: $90,000

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to senior executives, managing complex calendars, coordinating travel and expenses, and preparing agendas and presentations for meetings.

• Act as the primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication across multiple time zones.

• Run and support virtual and hybrid meetings via Microsoft Teams, utilizing tools like breakout rooms, whiteboards, and transcriptions.

• Oversee executives’ inboxes, triage messages, approve timesheets, expenses, and vacation requests, and ensure completion of administrative tasks.

• Collaborate with HR to coordinate onboarding for new hires and assist with employee engagement initiatives within the San Antonio office.

• Drive compliance activities, draft announcements, maintain organizational charts, and lead local employee engagement activities.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience supporting C-Suite executives or in project management within a professional services environment.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s degree a plus.

• Advanced proficiency in MS365 Office programs, including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• High technical acumen; experience with Visio, InDesign, or Illustrator preferred.

• Experience in managing virtual/hybrid meetings, leveraging tools like PowerPoint presentations and interactive elements.

• Background in government contracting or familiarity with military settings is advantageous.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach and high attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently, with confidentiality and professionalism.
