Job Description

Our client, a well known beauty brand, is seeking a LTT Executive Administrative Assistant for their Clark, NJ team. This role is on a hybrid schedule requiring 3 days in office with 2 remote days. The role guarantees a 40 hour work week and the assignment will last for at least 1 month with the potential to extend. It will begin ASAP and it pays up to $35/hr.

Responsibilities:

Position may include-

• Completing various work assignments
• Preparing presentations with graphs and tables
• Scheduling appointments
• Making travel arrangements
• Preparing correspondence
• Maintaining a calendar
• Preparing expense reports
• Organizing video and phone conferences
• Arranging and providing support for internal meetings
• Managing multiple priorities
• Handling confidential information.

Qualifications:

• Requires a Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years experience as an Executive Assistant
• A high degree of professionalism
• Extremely strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to deal with all levels of internal and external senior management in a professional manner
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Fluency in French or other foreign language is preferable
