We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of corporate and promotional events. This role plays a key part in ensuring each event runs smoothly from preparation through completion. Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination and execution of events, meetings, and brand activations

• Support event setup, breakdown, and on-site operations

• Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure event requirements are met

• Prepare event materials, schedules, and logistical checklists

• Monitor timelines and assist in maintaining event standards and quality

• Provide on-site support to ensure a professional and organized event experience
