Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, proactive, and eager to contribute to seamless event operations while gaining hands-on experience in the events industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and promotional events

• Support event logistics, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and on-site setup

• Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations

• Track event timelines, materials, and inventory

• Provide on-site assistance during events to ensure a professional and positive experience

• Assist with post-event evaluations and reporting
