Your Role as a Event Promoter:

• • Engage and Educate : Passionately communicate the value of our brand and products to potential customers.
  • Drive Appointments : Book meetings with decision-makers to showcase our exceptional solutions.
  • Event Support : Assist in setting up, executing, and breaking down events to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide Valuable Insights : Share customer feedback and insights with management to improve future initiatives.
  • Professionalism & Enthusiasm : Maintain a professional demeanor while having fun, staying energetic, and engaging with others!

• • People Person : Comfortable approaching new people, striking up conversations, and building rapport.
  • Dependable & Reliable : Punctual, responsible, and always ready to take initiative.
  • Positive Energy : Enthusiastic and always ready to bring a smile to the workplace!
  • Reliable Transportation : Access to your own transportation for event-related travel.
  • Weekend Availability : Most events occur on Saturdays and Sundays, so flexibility is key.
  • Physical Requirements : Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds as part of event setup.
  • Eligibility : Authorized to work in the U.S.

• • Income Potential : Fixed wages + performance-based bonuses + a vehicle allowance - with no cap on bonus earnings!

Compensation:

• • $17 - $30 an hour

  • Salary Listed is a range of Hourly Wages, Bonus combined. Our successful Events & Retail Representatives average $20-$30 per hour!

  • H ourly rate of $17.00/hour

  • Uncapped weekly bonus opportunities

    • Based on performance (full and part-time)

    • $40.00 per appointment, that receives a DEMO by our sales team.

  • Vehicle Allowance :

    • Round Trip commute of 30-60 Miles will receive $50.00.

    • Round Trip commute of 60-80 Miles will receive $60.00.

    • Round Trip commute of 80+ Miles will receive $70.00.
