Our client, a social services association, is looking for a Call Center Specialist to join their evening shift in DC. Responsibilities include handling information requests via phone, email, and website, providing superior customer service, and offering referrals to approved agencies and programs. Responsibilities:

• Handle information requests via phone, email, and website while providing superior customer service.
• Provide referrals to approved agencies and programs.
• Follow protocols and performance standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and required reporting,
• Other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of college education.
• Ability to work the evening shift.
• Call center or customer service experience required.
• Ability to work meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.

Position Information:

• Hours: 12:30pm-9:00pm.
• Pays $19/hr while temporary.
• Converts to a salary of $42,500K when permanent.
• Temporary to permanent position.
• Hybrid in Washington, DC.
