Title: ETL QA Tester

Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract

Compensation
Pay Range:$41.65-$59.50/Hrs

Description
Develop detailed and structured test cases based on functional requirements.
Contribute to test planning and build test cases for stories as per acceptance criteria.
Automate test cases in user-interface and database using generic testing tools.
Execute manual and automated test cases and record results.
Collaborate with the development team for defect triaging.
Apply quality principles throughout the Agile product lifecycle.
Ensure standards and processes are implemented in projects.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute automation scripts.
Execute all levels of testing including functional, integration, and regression.
Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies.
Provide timely solutions for identified issues.
Work collaboratively with the development team for defect triaging.
Build and use test data for test case execution.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in software testing.
5 years of experience in automation testing using generic tools.
Proven experience in quality assurance testing using SQL, database, and ETL technologies.
Strong experience in writing complex SQL queries.
Experience with Unix and ability to write and execute Unix commands.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
