What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users and vendors
• Participate in and occasionally lead medium to large projects
• Collaborate with team members and other capability teams to solve problems and manage projects
• Maintain and build tools within Epic according to operational and vendor requirements
• Ensure compliance with client Service Level Agreements through collaboration with operational and clinical teams

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Epic MyChart Certification or Epic MyChart Proficiency
• 3+ years of relevant work experience within the healthcare industry
• Proven experience working with operational stakeholders and/or external vendors
• Direct experience with Epic in a technical build role
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• MyChart ECSA certification
• EpicCare Ambulatory certification
• General understanding of care team workflows
