Job Description

Were supporting a large-scale, multi-year Epic implementation and seeking experienced Epic Analysts and Consultants across multiple modules for Wave 1. These positions offer same-day offers, immediate starts, and the opportunity to support a high-impact project serving over 36,000 users.

Duration: 2-month initial engagement with possible extensions

Location: New York, NY (Onsite first 2 weeks, then remote)

Start Date: ASAP

• Dorothy/Comfort Clinical Analyst OB & Womens Health workflows
• Dorothy/Comfort Billing Analyst (DoCo) HB billing and workflow support
• Grand Central / Facility Structure Analyst Facility build and structure configuration
• DoCo Analyst HB-certified preferred, experience with security templates
• Ambulatory Specialty Genomics Analyst Amb EHR + Genomics build support
• Ambulatory Specialty Wisdom Analyst (x2) Amb EHR + Wisdom configuration and testing
• ASAP Analyst (Security Lead) ASAP build and application security template management
• Inpatient Orders Analyst (Security Lead) EpicCare Inpatient Orders experience + security templates
• Inpatient Clinical Documentation Analyst (Security Lead) EpicCare ClinDoc with BH, CM, Stork, or Rehab focus + security templates
• Security Analysts (x6) Security build, user templates, and role management
• Lumens Analysts (x4) Endoscopy workflows | ASL or certified analysts preferred

Requirements

• Experience with the specified Epic module(s) listed above
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical and technical teams
• Prior implementation, optimization, or go-live experience strongly preferred
• Active Epic certification or proven module experience (preferred, not required for all roles)
