Salary Range: $42,000 - $46,000 (Full-Time, On-Site)

The Role
We are looking for an organized and creative Marketing & Social Media Assistant to support our Principal Director with daily marketing operations. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage social media, email campaigns, online inventory, and showroom support in a luxury retail environment with an open layout.

This is an in-person, full time, client-facing position,  ideal for someone who is passionate about design, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in the high-end interiors industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and schedule engaging social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

• Design and send weekly email campaigns using Mailchimp

• Manage online product listings (1stdibs, Incollect, company website) and keep inventory up to date

• Assist with content creation: photography, video, and graphic design for marketing materials

• Monitor SEO and web traffic; suggest improvements to increase reach and engagement

• Provide showroom support and exceptional customer service to visiting designers and clients

• Collaborate with the sales team to fulfill marketing and visual content requests

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in social media, marketing, or content creation

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Proficiency with social media tools, email marketing (Mailchimp or similar), and basic SEO

• Experience with photo/video editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)

• Comfortable using Mac and familiar with Google Analytics, AdWords, and e-commerce platforms

• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Interest in interior design, art, or luxury home products
