Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies that align with Swipesay’s mission and objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create compelling materials for campaigns and initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends to ensure Swipesay’s messaging remains relevant and competitive.
- Coordinate media outreach and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist in planning and executing events, including webinars, product launches, and community engagements.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and content creation platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite) is a plus.
- A team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
