Compensation: $100,000 yearly Responsibilities: Get the appropriate legal documents ready for clients, such as brief, motions, and pleadings, as well as correspondence Advise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of action Appear in court on behalf of clients and argue motions during legal proceedings Appear in person for court hearings in Atlanta Collaborate with clients, trustees, staff, and the lead attorney Communicate with clients through Zoom, video, text, and email Deliver accurate, detail-oriented work Qualifications: Active Georgia law license Georgia residency Full-time availability (approx. 40 hours/week) Must be an active member of the Georgia Bar About Company We are a consumer bankruptcy law firm.
