This role involves managing tax planning and preparation, coordinating with financial advisors, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance the firm's tax-related offerings. The ideal candidate must hold an Enrolled Agent license and either a CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) designation . Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the tax operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Oversee tax planning, preparation, and filing processes for individual and business clients. Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations. Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline tax operations and improve efficiency. Collaborate with financial advisors to integrate strategic tax planning into comprehensive wealth management services. Stay updated on tax law changes and proactively advise the team and clients on potential impacts. Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing inquiries and providing strategic tax advice. Monitor key performance indicators, driving continuous process improvements and growth opportunities.
