Overview Placement Type: Permanent Salary: $50,000-75,000 Salary Start Date: 10.20.2025 A high end retail company is looking for a CRM Marketing Specialist to lead their email, SMS, and direct mail channels. In this role, you will be responsible for the performance of campaigns, reviewing KPIs and implementing strategies for A/B testing. Full-time and must be able to work onsite 2-3 days per week in the Dallas office. Responsibilities Lead email, SMS, and direct mail programs for a well known fashion brand. Come up with strategies for audience segmentation, collaborating with teams in brand marketing, design, logistics, buying, and ecommerce. Create and maintain reporting on a weekly and monthly basis. Oversee and project manage the day-to-day email campaign productions, including ticket management, stakeholder & cross-functional communication, design, content, segmentation, deployment, testing/QA, and optimization. Manage ESP vendors & agency partners Must-Haves Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 2+ years of experience in CRM and email marketing. Willing to teach SMS and Direct Mail to the right candidate. Experience with enterprise level ESPs such as Klaviyo, Hubspot, or Salesforce.
