Four-Legged Fun Zone—Everett’s premier dog daycare, grooming, and enrichment center—is looking for a dependable, dog-savvy team member to join our crew. We’re part of Tailored Pet Services, which has been serving local pet parents since 2011.

We’re building a team of people who show up, step up, and treat every dog like family—and every shift like it matters.

Requirements (we’re serious about these):

• Must be 18+ years old
• 1+ year of hands-on experience in a single position within a team-based setting, such as a dog daycare, kennel, shelter, veterinary clinic, or similar. (Rover and solo pet sitting are great—but we’re specifically looking for people with experience managing dogs in a group or clinical setting.)

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise group play and keep pups safe, happy, and engaged
• Monitor dog behavior and redirect as needed (we’ll train you if needed)
• Help with daily tasks like cleaning, feeding, setup, and laundry
• Communicate clearly with coworkers and contribute to a smooth, drama-free team dynamic
• Rotate between indoor and outdoor play areas—yes, even in the rain

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable and self-motivated—you don’t wait to be told what to do
• Observant and safety-minded—you notice the small things that prevent big problems
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and being on your feet all day
• Monday–Friday availability, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (30-minute lunch break)
