Document Processing Associate

Overview:
Immediate opening for a Document Processing Associate on 3rd shift. This role supports document scanning and assembly in a high-volume production environment. Work includes handling mail, prepping documents, scanning, and light machine maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Prep, scan, inspect, compile, assemble, and bind documents to quality/output standards

• Maintain PS+ minimum standards; complete error-free jobs per customer specs using KODAK scanner

• Achieve production goals including Time Productive and Impressions per Hour (IPH)

• Operate equipment; clear jams, refill toner, replace oil, and report issues using machine codes

• Complete all paperwork accurately, timely, and legibly

• Follow instructions in English; maintain an organized and clean work area

• Lift materials (10 50 lbs), stand/sit for long periods, and handle repetitive tasks

• Communicate issues clearly and promptly to management

• Adhere to dress code: business casual, jeans without tears allowed, no crocs, no leggings or graphic/political prints

• No cellphone use in facility; must be silenced and stored in locker during shift

• Follow safety procedures; work in moderate-to-high noise production environment

• Perform other duties as assigned including glass copies, mail opening, and scanning transitions

Requirements:

• Previous 3rd shift work experience required

• Basic computer knowledge for training and scanning operation

• Typing skills and ability to adapt to changing situations

• Team player with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Ability to work 8 12 hour shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist, carry 10 feet, and return to floor

• Must pass background check including Extended Global Sanctions screening
