Job Description

We are looking for dedicated a Digital Scanning Clerk (Night Shift) in Boyers PA 16020 with $16/hr pay for a 12-month contract duration, temp to permanent opportunity . In this role offers hands-on involvement in document scanning, quality verification, and digital release/indexing—a perfect opportunity if you enjoy structured work with a strong sense of accomplishment at the end of your day. You'll be cross-trained in multiple areas to keep the work dynamic, while working with a team that values reliability, accuracy, and mutual support. Requires typing/data entry skills, basic computer knowledge and consistency in performin repetitive tasks with focus and consistency – APPLY NOW!

Schedule : 08:00 PM - 04:30 AM 5 days a week, including 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks. Evening and 3rd shifts may be required depending on the assignment  

Key Responsibilities:  

• Load documents into high-speed scanners, ensuring proper order and careful handling.
• Review scanned images to ensure crispness, legibility, and correct sequencing.
• Enter essential data and match digital files with required client information for release.
• Assist with scanner maintenance, organization, and prepping files for processing.

Qualifications:

• Fast and accurate typing/data entry skills required
• Requires basic computer knowledge (especially typing and navigation) 
• Comfort with sitting for extended periods and occasional light lifting (up to 30 lbs) 
• Must be able to perform repetitive tasks with focus and consistency 
• Ability to follow written instructions and work independently or with a team 
• Strong organizational habits and a commitment to accuracy
