Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Deep Cleaning Specialist to join our team in Holiday, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, an eye for detail, and a passion for delivering spotless results. This position focuses on intensive cleaning tasks beyond regular maintenance, ensuring our clients spaces are hygienic, fresh, and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and offices
- Scrub and sanitize hard-to-reach or neglected areas (e.g., baseboards, behind appliances, vents)
- Perform carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and other specialty services as assigned
- Handle heavy-duty cleaning tasks such as grout cleaning, high-dusting, and stain removal
- Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow all company cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients regarding job progress and any issues encountered
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential or commercial deep cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and best practices
- Physical ability to lift, bend, reach, and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites in Pasco County
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends if needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with carpet extraction, floor stripping, and waxing
