Job Description

This is a remote position.

This is an entry-level position responsible for entering and maintaining data in company systems with accuracy and speed. You will support operations and administrative teams by processing routine data and helping keep our records up to date and organized.

Key Responsibilities

• Input data from invoices, forms, logs, and other documents into internal databases or spreadsheets
  

• Verify data for completeness and accuracy; flag or correct errors when needed
  

• Update existing records (equipment rentals, inventory, billing, etc.)
  

• Assist in routine reconciliation of data across systems
  

• Generate basic reports or summaries as directed (daily/weekly)
  

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data handling best practices
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
  

• No extensive prior experience required; willingness to learn and follow processes
  

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or equivalent tools
  

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  

• Good organizational and time-management skills
  

• Reliable internet connection and remote work setup
