• Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, 12:00 PM–8:00 PM, or 3:00 PM–11:00 PM

What You’ll Do:
• Deliver exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
• Navigate CRM systems, Outlook, and phone systems efficiently to manage customer interactions.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly using strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Maintain reliable attendance and adhere to assigned schedules.

• Reliability: Consistent attendance and adherence to schedules are critical.
• Reliable Transportation: Dependable means of getting to our Blue Bell, PA office.
• New Requirement: Must have a smartphone for authentication purposes.
