Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer questions via phone, email, or chat.
• Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.
• Sharing accurate and up-to-date details about the company's offerings.
• Taking and processing customer orders, including calculating charges and billing.
• Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Identifying and escalating complex or sensitive issues to appropriate personnel.
• Working with other departments to ensure smooth resolution of customer issues.
• Staying up-to-date on product and service knowledge and adapting to new technologies and processes.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to manage accurate records for customers.
• Ability to stay organized.
