Join Our Team at The UPS Store in North Forsyth County!

We're looking for two enthusiastic and reliable people to join our team as permanent , full-time Customer Service Associates at our location on 5290 Matt Hwy in north Forsyth County, GA.

Important Note: This is not a summer job, and we are looking for someone who can work full-time, including all weekends .

What You'll Do:

• Provide excellent customer service to people who visit our store and call us.
• Listen carefully to customers and your teammates.
• Learn about all our products and services.
• Use our equipment and software confidently.
• Keep the store clean and safe.

What We're Looking For:

• Good communication skills (both talking and writing), including basic math.
• Good typing skills.
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Friendly and good with people.
• Ability to suggest additional products and services to customers.
• Comfortable using computers and phones.
• Punctual, reliable, and responsible.
• Able to lift over 40 pounds.
• Willing to work in a non-smoking environment.
