Our Boston based agency client looking for a hands on Project Manger with previous experience working in a marketing or creative agency. This role is part time to start but may grow to full time hours and is specifically for someone who really understands the website process and managing the vendor relationship.
As the Project Manager you will drive the workflow of one client's initiatives to meet deadlines. We are looking for someone with agency experience who understands how to thrive in a fast paced, collaborative, results driven environment.
Hands on experience with managing the project process for a new client rollout of a website.
Experience managing medium-to-large scale advertising and marketing projects with various channels and stakeholders
Ability to drive multiple streams of work concurrently while meeting deadlines and maintaining proper documentation
Strong administrative skills (organization, note taking, writing, communicating)
Familiarity with advertising process, including strategic development, media buying, and production
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to break down complex information into understandable pieces
Ability to work independently to tackle problems and generate solutions
Knowledge of Excel, Acrobat Professional, Smartsheet and experience with Project Management/Workflow Tools
