Upon promotion to Court Mediator/Investigator II: up to $115,689.60. Position Responsibilities Under supervision, assist in resolving child custody and visitation disputes through mediations, investigations, and report preparation. Work towards promotion to journey level within one year, gaining independence and handling complex cases. Minimum Qualifications Master’s Degree in psychology, social welfare, social work, marriage, family and child counseling, or related behavioral science. Must include diploma or transcripts. Three years of recent post-master’s experience in family counseling and assessments. Experience substitution available with California licensure in mental health fields, with required documentation.
