Base pay range $250,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr Selby Jennings is partnered with a Middle Market Full-Service Investment Bank looking to expand their advisory practice in the Consumer space. This Investment Bank is known for backing their own deals using their balance sheet, and is comprised of sharp individuals and strong individual contributors in their Investment Banking practice. Ideal candidates are current or recent Investment Banking Managing Directors with a strong book of business in the Consumer industry interested in moving to an Investment Bank where their contributions are recognized and compensated accordingly. Key Responsibilities: Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Consumer Investment Banking team, ensuring alignment with the firm's overall goals and objectives. Client Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the consumer sector, understanding their needs and providing tailored financial solutions. Transaction Execution: Lead the execution of complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and advisory services. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the consumer sector, leveraging industry knowledge and contacts. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape in the consumer sector to provide informed advice to clients.
