Job Title: Superintendent

Location: Nashville, TN

Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 + Benefits

We’re seeking an experienced and hands-on Superintendent to lead and oversee commercial concrete projects across the Nashville area. In this role, you’ll take ownership of field operations, manage crews, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations for commercial concrete projects from start to finish
• Coordinate and supervise concrete crews and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company standards, and project specifications
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to deliver successful outcomes
• Maintain detailed project documentation and progress reports
• Anticipate and solve on-site issues proactively to avoid delays

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Foreman in commercial concrete construction
• Strong knowledge of concrete forming, pouring, finishing, and structural elements
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive production schedules
• OSHA certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Nashville area
