Students will complete their onboarding tasks for the fall 2025 semester in Workday. Onboarding opens Monday, May 12, and all tasks must be completed online by Friday, Aug. 1.
Students will log into Workday through OneLogin and complete all of the onboarding tasks, which include:
Student Accounts
Financial Aid
Meal Plans
Emergency Contacts
Parking Permits
Medical Forms — open June 1
Friday, Aug. 1, 2025 — First payment due
Friday, Jan. 2, 2026 — Second payment due
Monthly payment plans are also available through Nelnet.
