We are currently seeking an experienced, independent, and reliable commercial plumber to join our team.

Job Description:
As an experienced commercial plumber, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in commercial buildings across San Diego County. You will work independently, ensuring all work meets company standards and industry regulations. You will be provided with a company van, but will need to secure your own vehicle insurance, with some compensation for the cost.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems for commercial properties.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues quickly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Manage all aspects of plumbing installations and repairs, including pipework, fixtures, and systems.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients.
• Complete and submit accurate documentation for each job.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of tools, equipment, and company vehicle.
• Maintain the company van, keeping it clean and well-organized.
• Follow all company policies and safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Experience as a commercial plumber.
• Minimum age of 25 years, but will consider younger applicants if meet requirements
• Valid California plumbing license.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must provide proof of full coverage insurance for vehicle (the company will provide a van, but you will be responsible for vehicle insurance; the company will reimburse a portion of the cost).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Ability to work in various environments, including job sites and client offices.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight or challenging spaces.
• Must have references available to confirm work history and expertise.
