Our Coffee Shop is Beech Mountain Resort’s cozy coffee hub, offering delicious beverages and warm hospitality to all guests. We are seeking a Coffee Shop Manager who will oversee daily operations, lead our team of baristas, and ensure each guest has an exceptional experience. Our ideal candidate is a motivated leader with strong organizational skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. This is a full-time seasonal position.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the Coffee Shop
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of baristas
• Provide creative direction for menu development, including specialty drinks and baked goods
• Assist with in-house baking and ensure high-quality offerings
• Manage hiring, staffing, and scheduling to maintain efficient operations
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
• Maintain inventory, order supplies, and manage costs effectively
• Uphold cleanliness and health standards in accordance with regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a leadership role within a coffee shop, café, or similar setting
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, brewing methods, and menu development
• Experience in baking or an interest in expanding baked good offerings
• Proven ability to train, manage, and inspire a team
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Passion for customer service and creating a welcoming environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
