Your Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for examinations and treatments, including taking histories and vital signs.
• Maintain clean and equipped exam and treatment rooms while ensuring proper supply and sterilization procedures are followed.
• Administer injections and assist with lab tests and phlebotomy.
• Support physicians in minor surgeries and routine physical exams.
• Manage incoming calls and assist with patient referrals.

Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited Medical Assisting program OR at least a year of direct clinical patient care experience in a healthcare setting OR active Medical Assistant certification.
• Candidates with relevant experience who lack certification must obtain it within one year of hire.
• Newly graduated Medical Assistants should secure clinical MA certification within 60 days of employment.
• Preferred certifications include RMA, CCMA, CMA, NCMA, or NCRMA.
