Cleaning Crew
ROLE PURPOSE
To ensure that TGI Friday's restaurants are clean and presentable to provide a quality Guest experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsible for following Friday's cleaning standards as outlined in the cleaning system.
Responsible for ensuring all trash is disposed of accordingly.
Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen and cooking equipment.
Dusting and cleaning windows, counters, tables, and woodwork.
Maintains cleanliness of restroom, perimeter of building and parking lot.
Work with a team and individually to complete cleaning tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
Follow proper food/health safety precautions and processes.
Perform duties as directed by management.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Previous experience cleaning restaurants and equipment a plus
Must be able to work with Team Members
Must have professional appearance and conduct
Must be thorough and detail oriented
Ability to adapt and take direction
Must be able to work individually and as a part of a team
Must have strong work ethic and initiative
Must be a team player and good communicator
Must be able to lift and carry sacks, cases, and bus tubs of up to 70 lbs, up to 20 times per shift; places these items on high shelves and in walk-in freezer
Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and wipe frequently
Must be able to walk and stand during entire shift
