Position Overview:
As an evening call center representative, you will play a key role in executing high-quality customer interactions while setting appointments. You are the face of the company and set the tone on how people perceive us. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional results, ensuring appointments are completed on time and exceed our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- initial calls with potential clients form lead generation companies to set appointments for the in home sales team.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project specifications and requirements.
- Ensure all customers are felt heard and understood with what the process looks like.
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the remodeling process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise and utilizes the appropriate channels and people to complete the task.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in customer service.
- Knowledge of CRM systems; a bonus not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality problem solving.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
