Prospect follow-up calls, schedule appointments for sales, and maintain excellent customer satisfaction Answer customer internet inquires via email, phone, and text message Confirm set appointments and reschedule no-show customers Assist with contacting customers based on current marketing incentives Follow up in manners that result in the customer visiting the dealership Exhibit ethical behavior, provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction and be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers Interacting well with customers as well as with all dealership departments Qualifications: Ability to manage a high volume of inbound and outbound sales call volume, internet leads and call lists Strong organizational skills, with the ability to effectively multi-task Must be reliable, dependable, and coach-able Outgoing personality, ability to influence customers to schedule appointments. Extremely customer service oriented Excellent written and oral skills Experience in previous automotive dealerships Basic knowledge of computers Prior social media and/or marketing experience is a plus Schedule: Monday through Friday with Saturday's as needed.
