Role Overview:

As a Business Analyst, you will partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate business performance, uncover operational efficiencies, and support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and project coordination. This role combines structured business analysis with project management responsibilities, enabling leadership to drive process improvements and growth initiatives effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business processes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collect, clean, and analyze business and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Translate complex findings into clear reports, dashboards, and presentations to support strategic planning and operational decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related analytical field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a business analyst, project analyst, or similar role, or relevant internship/training.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of business operations, project management principles, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar).
