Bartender and showcase your craft in a modern pub setting. As a Bartender, you will have the opportunity to create unique and delicious drinks that leave a lasting impression on our guests. From crafting classic cocktails to experimenting with new flavor combinations, you'll be at the forefront of our beverage program.
Responsibilities - Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with creativity and precision.
- Interact with guests, provide recommendations, and create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked bar area, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to safety standards.
- Process drink orders accurately and efficiently, handling cash transactions and maintaining proper records.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of food and beverage orders.
- Stay updated on current beverage trends, techniques, and ingredients to continually enhance the menu offerings.
Qualifications - A minimum of 6 months experience.
- Able to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
- Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Must be of legal age to prepare, serve, and ring alcoholic beverages.
- Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and some holidays.
- Certified in (or able to be certified in) responsible alcohol service (as required by state or local law).
- Able to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location (verbal and written).
- Stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Lift up to 30 lbs (kegs, boxes, bottles)
- Use hands to handle tools, glassware, and garnishes.
- Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive wrist/arm motions.
- Clear vision for reading orders and handling cash.
