You'll work with buyers, sellers, and dealers to coordinate and validate customer returns and claims. Responsibilities include: Review customer claims to ensure they meet Manheim's policies and guidelines. Investigate basic, less complex cases or those requiring specific decision-making. Coordinate with relevant departments during investigation phases. Utilize resources to facilitate inspections, documentation, and communication for case resolution. Apply appropriate financial approval limits. Evaluate claims by analyzing various information sources. Communicate resolutions via phone, email, or in person. Mediates disputes and negotiates repairs or pricing to reach mutual agreements. Maintain accurate case files and documentation. Consult with supervisors on escalations. Perform additional duties as assigned. Who You Are You possess negotiation skills, are ethical, dependable, trustworthy, and eager to learn. Your qualifications include: Minimum High school diploma or GED with less than 2 years of related experience. Attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to adapt to changing environments. Preferred Over 1 year of automotive or body shop experience. Claims adjuster experience. Cox offers a great environment. Apply today!
