Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Associate Immigration Attorney to join our team remotely on a part-time basis. This is not just a behind-the-scenes role — we’re looking for someone who can connect with clients during consultations, build trust quickly, and confidently guide them toward taking the next steps .

This role is ideal for a lawyer who combines legal skill with emotional intelligence — someone who can both explain complex immigration options and inspire clients to move forward. You’ll be supported by an experienced legal team, but expected to handle your own consults and case intake with minimal supervision.

What We’re Looking For

• A confident communicator who can turn a consultation into a signed client relationship
• Strong immigration law foundation, with the ability to issue-spot and assess eligibility across employment- and family-based options
• Clear, compassionate, and persuasive — someone who can sell without selling
• A self-starter who is organized, responsive, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• A team player who respects client diversity and approaches each case with humility and care

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience practicing immigration law preferred
• Proven ability to handle consultations and intake for employment- and family-based cases
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in good standing (any U.S. jurisdiction)
• Strong writing and research skills
• Fluent in Spanish, Mandarin, Hindi, or another language? Huge plus.
