Salary: $90K-$130K

Are you passionate about delivering world-class residential projects at the highest level of quality and detail? We are a leading luxury property developer specializing in ultra-exclusive residences in the Hamptons, and were looking for a motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our team.

As Assistant Project Manager, youll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of our high-end residential projects from concept to completion. Working alongside experienced Project Managers and site teams, you will help oversee project schedules, budgets, contractors, and ensure every detail reflects the luxury standards our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Project Managers in the day-to-day coordination of construction projects.
• Assist in managing contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Track budgets, schedules, and project progress, ensuring timelines are met.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and client updates.
• Help oversee site operations to maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Ensure seamless communication between stakeholders, from design teams to contractors.

Experience Required:

• 13 years experience in construction project management or a related role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for luxury design and craftsmanship.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
