*Assistant Medical Director | Up to $265K | Corbin, KY*

This full-time opportunity is ideal for a Primary Care Physician ready to expand into medical leadership while continuing to provide direct care.

As Assistant Medical Director, you’ll help shape care delivery across multiple facilities in Kentucky—leading clinical initiatives and mentoring a team while maintaining a small panel of high-acuity patients.

* *Enjoy a flexible schedule*, including on-call rotation just once every 3–4 weeks

*What You’ll Do:*
* Oversee care across multiple facilities, ensuring high-quality outcomes
* Provide direct care to a small panel of complex patients
* Mentor and support a high-functioning provider team
* Drive quality improvement initiatives and support efficient operations

*What You'll Bring: *
* Active Kentucky medical license (or eligibility for licensure)
* Background in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency, Urgent Care, or Hospice
* Strong experience in geriatric care
* VA healthcare experience is a plus but not required
