About the Role: We are looking for a reliable, experienced, and highly organized individual to join our regional tour catering team. In this role, youll lead a mobile crew that provides top-tier food service to touring artists, crew, and production teams. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a passion for hospitality and live events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the catering crew at each tour location
- Coordinate daily logistics with venue contacts, tour managers, and kitchen leads
- Oversee the setup, service, and breakdown of catering operations on-site
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations
- Manage equipment loading/unloading and maintain inventory
- Resolve on-site challenges quickly and professionally
- Support dietary accommodations and food presentation with the culinary team
- Accurately track employee hours, manage team scheduling, and report expenses
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, vendors, and internal staff
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in catering, hospitality, or live events
- At least 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Comfortable working long hours, including nights and weekends
- Willing and able to travel for extended periods
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- A valid driver's license is required (ability to drive a 26-foot box truck).
