Pay Rate: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour

**Position: Armed Security Officer - Supervisor

**Location: Boca Raton, FL.

**Shift: 3rd shift

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated, professional Armed Security Officer Supervisor to lead our security team in Boca Raton. The ideal candidate is experienced, disciplined, and has proven supervisory skills in the security field.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Supervise and oversee all on-site security personnel
• Ensure team adherence to post orders, procedures, and company policies
• Conduct inspections and provide guidance and training to officers
• Handle incident reports and escalate issues when necessary
• Maintain communication with management and clients
• Monitor and enforce safety procedures and emergency response protocols
• Control access and egress
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems
• Conduct armed foot and/or vehicle patrol
• Ensure proper documentation and shift reporting

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Possess a valid Florida Class D and G license
• Valid Florida Driver License
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
• Pass a mental health assessment
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory/security leadership experience
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends, and holidays)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
